Terms of Use

1. Who can use it

You may use the app if you are 16 or older. By creating an account you confirm your age and that the details you give are true.

2. What THARAN is

THARAN brings together data you enter and data arriving from your devices: body measurements, food, sleep, activity, blood tests, medication and supplements. It calculates statistics, shows trends and surfaces insights derived from your own data.

3. What THARAN is not

The app does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. Insights, food quality scores and reference ranges are informational. Take health, medication and testing decisions with a doctor. In an emergency call your local emergency number.

4. Your account

You are responsible for your password and for activity on your account. One account belongs to one person. If you notice unauthorised access, change the password and contact us.

5. Your data stays yours

You keep all rights to what you enter. You can export a copy or delete your account with its data at any time. See the Privacy Policy.

6. What is not allowed

• Entering another person's data without their knowledge and consent.
• Using the app for unlawful purposes.
• Circumventing security, disrupting the service, or accessing other users' data.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee it. We may change features and these terms. We announce material changes in the app, and continued use means acceptance.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damages resulting from decisions taken on the basis of data and calculations in the app. This does not limit statutory consumer rights.
